It’s that simple! Use a wee knob like a model railway to drive whatever setup you have with your train. No fuss, all steam. Steam Mode - More complex with the management of water, steam and speed as an additive balancing act as you surge along the line. Each engine feels different with their own personalities. Whether they’re built for speed, power or delicacy. Hand drawn controls from roaring fires to squeaky throttles will keep you busy as you navigate the world of steam. Free Run! Pick your train, select your stock and start driving, Ferry passengers or load up freight. Rain or shine, fog or sunrise. There are endless options in this mode for you to drive, steam and explore. Night Mail. Deliver mail up the country against the clock. Exploration of train setups is key here, which train and rolling stock can deliver fastest or most efficiently? Strive to beat your best times against gradients, falling temperatures and the many stops needing their mail! Vs! Race against the country’s fastest drivers! Choose your best train and stock setup and race against time and opponents.
